- 50% at the time of booking and the other 50% up to 7 days before or 3x at the time of booking.

- Reservations made less than 7 days, full payment at the time of booking.

- Holidays / Carnival / Easter - 50% at the time of booking and the other 50% up to 30 days before or 3x at the time of booking.

- New Year's Eve - 50% upon booking and 50% up to 90 days before check in (after 90 days, 100% payment at the time of booking) or in 3 installments at the time of booking.

Cancellations and/or Changes to Reservations

Cancellation fees will be charged as shown below:

Cancellation Policy - all year

- Up to 30 days before check in, the amount paid will be reversed as credit for 1 rescheduling in the period of 1 year.

- From 8 to 29 days before check-in, it will be 30% of the total reservation value will be deducted, and the remainder will be reversed as credit for 1 rescheduling with a term of 1 year.

- From 7 days until the check-in date there will be no credit.

- New Year's Eve - Up to 90 days before check-in, the amount paid will be reversed as a credit for 1 rescheduling within 1 year.
